My site is considerably fucked at the moment, I realise. I don’t know what happened, I guess it’s possible that it was hacked, but whoever did it only did a half-arsed job. All my wordpress pages are gone (I have backups) and all my plugins were disabled. I’m leaning toward a program error though. ZenPhoto was unaltered, and there’s nothing screaming “hacked” like graffitied posts or anything. Perusing through WordPress’ admin panel it seems thoroughly messed up. I guess I’m not surprised, since I haven’t updated it in a long time. But why now? What made it stab itself in the foot? Maybe the planets were just in the correct place. Oh wells. When I get some time I’ll do a full system upgrade and restore it to it’s former beauty.

I’m not sure whether I dislike it around the sides, or under the text. Perhaps if you did two different versions displaying both options I could form a better opinion. If you have more time again that is.

I don’t think I was hacked, I think it was just a genuine software error. Or maybe the DB became corrupt or something. I don’t know how either would have happened or what would have triggered it.
Also the inner-workings of WordPress just fail. I had to post this article via phpmyadmin! That’s how hardcore I am.
At least the comments still work.

Damn skippy. Speaking of, turns out my pages WEREN’T deleted, instead they were just turned in to posts. Which is really queer. So I’m going through and changing all their status’s's’s from “post” to “page”. I doubt that will fix WordPress being gay though.
I’m almost done with the full system upgrade, I’ve run in to some last minute bugs, but they shouldn’t be too hard to squash. So that should go live tonight (along with the new theme above)
